  • ​Do you offer returns / refunds?
    At this time, all products are final sale, meaning no refunds or returns will be accepted. At events, we can accept same day exchanges. Learn more on our dedicated Return Policy page.
  • What service do you use for shipping?
    Our website links to Shippo and offers USPS Priority and Ground Advantage. Prices average anywhere from $7 to $15 depending on your location.
  • I'm local to your area, do you deliver or offer a meet-up option?
    While we want to be able to accommodate all of our customers. We do not deliver / meet-up with customers. You are able to pickup your product if needed from an event or our business location. This can be arranged after selecting local pickup during check out. You will be contacted via email confirming pickup details. All items must be paid for in full prior to pick-up.
  • I just received my order and the color looks different than what is on the screen. Why is that the case?
    Depending on the device, lighting, and other factors, colors can appear different from a device screen to in-person. With our limited return policy, if you are wanting an exact color match, please contact us to order a swatch of cord.
  • I just started using my wristlet and it broke!!! What can I do?
    We offer a 30-day from purchase guarantee on our wristlets and fingerlets. We require you to send us a photo of the broken product. If it is from an online order, please provide your order number and if it's from an in-person event, please reference that when you reach out. This guarantee is only applicable one-time per purchase and we reserve the right to remove this guarantee at any time for any reason.
  • How are your products made and what tools / material do you use?
    Macrame: We handcraft all of our macrame products through the traditional style of knot tying. We do not use any tools (i.e. crochet hook, etc.) to make our products. Felt: We handcraft all of our felt products through various processes. The felt is cut by hand or a Cricut, then it is either handsewn or a sewing machine is used. Fabric: We handcraft all of our fabric products through various processes. The fabric is cut by hand, then it is either handsewn or a sewing machine is used. Wood: We utilize a laser engraver / cutter to help with the designs. We do create on our own or work with other artists to create our wood designs. All are stained using water-based pre-conditioner and sealed with a satin poly. Stickers: We print our stickers on vinyl then add a top layer to weatherproof them. All of our stickers largest dimension is 3" to 4".

  • Where is your product made?
    We handmake all of our products in a smoke-free home. We do have pets and while we take care to not allow them to have access to our products and clean them before packaging or selling, a stray hair or two may end up in your final product. We call this our Harper & Charlie Glitter! 🌟
  • Do you accept custom orders?
    We do accept custom orders based on pre-made designs. This would mainly be applicable for a specific color selection, but we can also create special designs for stickers, laser-engraved products, wedding favors, party favors, etc.
